Payment must be made on the day of the appointment. Facilities are available for card payments. We also accept Afterpay.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time. This is so we are able to offer your space to other clients.
Your rescheduled appointment must be within 4 weeks of the original appointment time.
If you cancel after the 24 hours’ notice period, your deposit is void and non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy:
Your deposit will be transferred to your new scheduled appointment as long as your original appointment:
Was cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment time.
Your new appointment is rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original appointment.
Deposit:
All of our tattoo appointments require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The payment can be made via our online booking system, Fresha.
The deposit is then taken off of the advertised price of the service when you pay at the studio.
Late Arrival / No Show Policy:
Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time) with no communication will result in your appointment being cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Each appointment slot is allocated so that every client has ample time to leave with the perfect set of brows. Cutting into that time means delaying other clients.
If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and no longer transferable to a new booking.
Children and/or Friend Policy:
Due to the nature of the services we provide, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. Your health and safety are paramount so keeping the salon space free of distractions and/or unnecessary people is imperative. Unfortunately, there is no area for friends or family to wait in.
Referral Policy:
Each cosmetic tattoo referral will result in $50 off your next cosmetic tattoo appointment. This can be accumulated throughout each calendar year1 eg., if you refer 4 clients for cosmetic tattooing – you will receive $200 off your next cosmetic tattooing appointment. The referral fees are valid for 12 months from the time of receipt.
In order for the referral to be eligible, the new client must:
State your name as the referrer on the pre-procedure questionnaire that is emailed to them.
Have not had cosmetic brow tattooing or microblading for at least 18 months.
Have their Nano, Ombre or Combination tattoo completed by Amelia Bancroft of L’artiste Brow Studio.
Pay in full after the service, in studio.
1 Calendar year is from 1st January until 31st December.
Touch-Up Policy:
L’artiste clients are entitled to a colour touch-up and assessment 4 weeks after their initial procedure. This is discussed on a case-by-case basis as some clients don’t require a touch-up after 4 weeks. Annual colour refreshes are encouraged and keep your brows looking perfect for longer.
Unfortunately, I will not do “fix-ups” or touch-ups of other people’s work within 8 weeks of the initial treatment. If you have had your brows tattooed elsewhere and you’re not happy with the result, I am happy to discuss options to improve the look of your brows which may include you requiring laser tattoo removal.
